Maja e Rosit (Rosni Peak), Valbona
The classic big summit of the Valbona valley. A long, steep climb to Maja e Rosit at around 2,525 m, widely rated the most spectacular day hike on the Valbona side. From the trailhead near Kukaj the path grinds up roughly 1,600 m to a panorama over Valbona, Jezercë and the Karanfilat ridge. A serious full day; many walkers take a local guide.
