Peja Pass & Lake Peja Hike

A demanding out-and-back from Theth up to the Peja Pass (Qafa e Pejës) and on to Lake Peja, a small glacial lake cradled high in the mountain walls above the valley. The trail climbs steadily through forest and open scree to the pass, with a rougher continuation to the lake itself, a quieter, wilder alternative to the busy Valbona crossing.
