A rustic restaurant named for the centuries-old stone water-mill it sits beside, reached by a little wooden footbridge over the rushing Valbona river. The millstone walls, whitewater and forest make the setting, while the kitchen turns out traditional Albanian mountain plates, grilled meats, river trout and home cooking.
