Casi en su totalidad casas de huéspedes familiares (bujtina), pequeños lugares gestionados por familias que ofrecen habitaciones y comidas caseras. Van de muy sencillas a más cómodas, y la mayoría funcionan mejor con media pensión, que deberías organizar al reservar.
Son económicas para los estándares europeos, y la media pensión (una habitación más cena y desayuno) es habitual y de buena relación calidad-precio. Lleva leks albaneses para pagar, ya que el pago con tarjeta rara vez está disponible en el valle.
No hay aeropuerto cerca de Theth. El más cercano es Tirana, a horas de distancia vía Shkodër. Te alojas en el propio valle, bien cerca de la iglesia y el centro del pueblo, o en una de las aldeas periféricas.
En temporada alta (aproximadamente de junio a septiembre) las mejores casas de huéspedes se llenan, así que reserva con antelación, especialmente en julio y agosto. Fuera de temporada, la mayoría de las casas de huéspedes cierran y la carretera de montaña puede quedar cortada por la nieve.
No dentro del valle. Te mueves a pie, y los senderos conectan el pueblo con las cascadas y las aldeas. Un coche (o un furgon) solo importa para subir la carretera de montaña desde Shkodër en primer lugar.
