A tall stone building in the style of a traditional highland kulla, in the centre of Valbonë, run as a hotel and restaurant popular with Peaks of the Balkans hikers. Timber balconies and a stone façade give it real mountain character, with en-suite rooms and an on-site kitchen. Rooms have air conditioning, balconies, private bathrooms, soundproofing, a work desk and garden or mountain views. The family-friendly restaurant does local cooking for lunch and dinner, and breakfast runs to continental and à la carte with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. There is a sun terrace, a garden, a bar, a coffee shop, an outdoor seating area and a picnic area, with free WiFi, free private parking at the hotel and an airport shuttle. It takes cash only.
